Sleeve Fracture of Patella: A Case Report

Patella fractures are rare in children and the sleeve fractures are most common. Diagnosis may be difficult if there is no bony fragment on the X-ray. In this report, we present a case of 12-years-old boy who had sleeve fracture of the right patella. Diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
