A Fast Fault-Tolerant Routing with ECDSA Signature Protocol for Internet of Vehicles

2022
With the gradual popularity of high-speed wireless networks and 5G in the market, the quality and reliability of network services for high-speed moving vehicles have also improved. In addition to communicating information between vehicles, vehicles can also communicate with surrounding roadside equipment, pedestrians, or traffic signs to improve road safety for passersby. In an open communication environment of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), personal information will be exposed to the wireless network. Based on the consideration of information security and personal information protection, this study focuses on how to protect the real-time transmission of information in IoV, and prevent unauthorized vehicles, drivers, or passersby from participating in communications and implanting or modifying important transmission information.
