2021
Non-invasive BCI is a tool with great potential in the field of brain disease diagnosis. Scalp EEG can be used to diagnose brain diseases mainly because the electrical activity of the cerebral cortex has a great influence on EEG. The abnormality of EEG can be understood as the abnormality of brain activity. In this review, we mainly review the diagnostic methods of epilepsy and brain tumors based on EEG, including the feature extraction methods and classification methods. Compared with the diagnosis methods of epilepsy, the diagnosis methods of brain tumors are relatively simple and cannot be accurately assessed.
