Effect of electroacupuncture on NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome in uterine tissues of rats with primary dysmenorrhea

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome in uterine tissues of rats with primary dysmenorrhea (PD), thus to explore the possible mechanism of EA for PD.
