Design Method of Fragments to Focused Warhead of Hyperbola Type

To solve the problem on low efficiency existing in processing of prefabricated fragment focused warhead,based on intersection principle of positive-inverse cylindrical spiral lines,a new design approach of warhead fragment of high efficiency was proposed via the local quenching precast technology.A processing example of one focused warhead was given.Results show that the control effect of local quenching process to the warhead fragments is good.The regular shape and uniform mass distribution of fragments,and effective fragment mass fraction of 90% of effective fragment meet the requirements of damage,verifying the correctness and feasibility of the design principle.
