Design and Realization of Prediction Expert System for Blast Furnace Heat State

The system chooses the control parameters and symptomatic parameters which are sensitive to the fluctuation of the heat state and uses inference engine by programming with VB language to predict the heat state by operational regulations and empirical knowledge.In order to advance its precision and efficiency,the system has been improved on processing of parameters and algorithm of inference engine according to the characteristics of the blast furnace production.The system obtains good result on some blast furnace.
