Study on the research of lower grade bauxite dressing and desilication

Micro fine minerals is obtained through"HZ"high efficient promoter from lower grade bauxite in Xiaoyi,Shanxi,which laid a foundation for successful separation of lower grade aluminum silicon minerals,After milling and dressing by flotation,it is found that the optimum milling fineness condition is 88%.And through two-section milling,the particle size of-0.0114 in material is reduced from 72.03% to 51.24%.Through the improvement of process,for A/S #4.43 lower grade bauxite,concentrate A/S 9.76 and recovery rate of 80.88% is obtained.
