Fabrication of CH 3 NH 3 PbBr 3 Based Perovskite Single Crystal Arrays by Spin-coating Method Using Hydrophobic Patterned Substrate

Simple and low-cost fabrication technique of CH 3 NH 3 PbBr 3 based perovskite single crystal arrays via combination of spin-coating and hydrophobic patterned substrate are proposed. By optimizing the substrate surface treatment, blending ratio of precursor solution, and spinning condition, the precursor solution was uniformly aligned on hydrophobic pattern area and perovskite single crystals are precipitated at the center of the pattern area. By changing the halogen composition of precursor solution, the emission color was varied from blue (447 nm) to red (742 nm). The structural and optical characteristics of precipitated perovskites crystals will be reported.
