Development of a Single, Scalable Testing Platform for Read-In Integrated Circuit LED Wafers

Infrared Scene Projectors contain a RIIC Wafer that must undergo significant testing, as it is used to drive LED arrays and is a key component of the system. This paper highlights the development of a scalable test procedure to ensure proper fabrication of the RIIC.
