Synthesis of millimeter-size freestanding perovskite nanofilms from single-crystal lead bromide for optoelectronic devices

We developed a strategy for synthesizing perovskite nanofilms and demonstrate a highperformance nanofilm photodetector. This novel synthesis method provides a new platform for exploiting optoelectronic devices based on free-standing perovskite nanofilms with high crystal quality.
