Means Based on Multiple Slope Integration to Enhance Dynamic Range of CMOS Image Sensor

The paper aimed to the problem that in the single slop integration, the CMOS imaging sensors' dynamic rang is to narrow to get a satisfactory image. In the paper, multiple slope integration was used to enhance the dynamic range of CMOS image sensor IBIS5-A-1300. The system was constructed by CPLD. The finite state machine was employed to design the multiple slope integration. The method, flow, result and its feasibility was simply analyzed. The experiment results showed that the method in this paper was efficient.
