Proteomic Profiling and Target Identification in Lymphoma

This chapter provides an overview of the proteomic profiling strategies that are currently in use, including mass spectrometry, protein arrays, phosphoprotein profiling, and quantitative protein analysis techniques. Examples are discussed on how these technologies can be utilized for the identification of biologic targets in human malignant lymphomas.
