Forming device for arc-shaped bolt

Disclosed is a forming device for an arc-shaped bolt. The forming device is characterized in that an upper die block is located above a worktable, and the upper die block is driven by a linear driving device to slide vertically; a left locating device is located on the worktable, a left rotating device is supported by the left locating device in a rotating mode through a left rotating shaft, and one end, in the length direction, of the bolt to be bent is supported by a left pedestal; a right locating device is located on the worktable, a right rotating device is supported by the right locating device in a rotating mode through a right rotating shaft, and the other end, in the length direction, of the bolt is supported by a right pedestal; the upper die block is provided with an upper die block cambered surface protruding downwards; the axial direction of the left rotating shaft of the left rotating device and the axial direction of the right rotating shaft of the right rotating device are perpendicular to the length direction of the bolt. According to the scheme, bending force is evenly distributed in the length direction of the arc-shaped portion of the arc-shaped bolt, a lower supporting component of the bolt turns over along with bending deformation of the bolt, and therefore friction and indentations can be reduced; the forming device for the arc-shaped bolt is good in universality and convenient to adjust, and manufacturing cost is reduced.
