The purpose of this study is to find the different perception of the customers towards digital food app services. The study shows a relation between customer and their perception towards different aspects of digital food app, convenience, and post-usage experiences. There are many factors related to customer’s ordering behaviour – prices, time, prior online purchase experience, consumer attitude and behavioural intention towards Online Food Delivery services. The research is divided into two aspects Consumer perception towards food apps and different factors leading to online buying.The mobile application era has thrown open a new pathway for today’s marketing. The mobile application has entered into the market by making all traditional modes of business outdated.  There is a gradual shift from physical work to digital ordering. Companies have changed their traditional business strategies into online marketing to suit customer needs and taste
