The clinical observation of effect and ADL on patients with cerebral infarction by early rehabilitation

Objective To investigate the effect and ADL on patients with cerebral infarction by early rehabilitation,for accumulating experience,directing clinical work.Methods 96 patients were divided into two groups.The observation group which included 48 patients were intervened by normal and early rehabilitation therapy.The control group which included 48 patients were intervened by normal treatment.The effect,ADL,anxiety and quality of life were analyzed in both groups.Results The scores of ESS,ADL,anxiety and life were obviously better in the observation group after intervention.Conclusions The early rehabilitation can improve the effect,ADL scores,anxiety and quality of life,is worthy to being recommended in clinical treatment.
