Détection des ions chlore et fluor dans les apatites par spectrométrie infrarouge

1994
Synthetic hydroxyapatites with low chlorine and fluorine contents have been prepared hydrothermally according to the reaction: Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 OH+xNH 4 Cl or +xNH 4 F. The infrared spectra of these samples show that the 3,498 cm -1 band of OH, Cl apatites and 3,545 cm -1 band of OH, F apatites make it possible to detect respectively 350 ppm of chlorine and 150 ppm of fluorine. A comparative infrared study of natural apatites confirms that the 3,485 and 3,480 cm -1 bands must be attributed to the O-H..Cl hydrogen bond
