The Usage of Platelet/Lymphocyte Ratio, Carbohydrate Antigen 125 Combined with Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Weighted Imaging in Diagnosis of Recurrent Ovarian Cancer and Neuropathic Pain

2020
Abstract Objective it aimed to analyze the application of serum platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, and to analyze the changes in neuropathic pain before and after treatment. Methods The medical records of patients at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Qiqihar Medical University from January 2014 to March 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. 43 patients with suspected ovarian cancer recurrence were selected as the research objects, and 5 healthy people were used as controls for comparison. Patients with recurrent ovarian cancer took oxycodone sustained-release tablets orally. The levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes, blood platelet counts, PLR, DWI, and CA125 were analyzed in patients of the two groups before and after the surgery, respectively. Moreover, Pearson correlation was adopted to analyze the relevance between CA125 and peripheral blood lymphocytes, blood platelet counts, and PLR. The neural pain scale was employed to analyze the analgesic effect of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer before and 7 days after treatment, and to evaluate the quality of life scores of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer before and 30 days after treatment. Results: the platelets and PLR values of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those of healthy people (P Conclusion CA125 and PLR combined with DWI could achieve the best diagnostic effect for patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, and patients with recurrent ovarian cancer after treatment had decreased level of PLR and CA125 and the improved life of quality.
