RESULTS: Spearman correlation for (i) CFE mean (ii) DF (iii) PF and (iv) ShEn were 0.302, 0.069, 0.792 and 0.758, respectively. Annotators agreed to ablate sites in signals rated 70 degrees fractionated and ROC curves were drawn for each of the metrics (see table).Spearman correlation between CFE mean and PF, CFE mean and ShEn, and ShEn and PF were 0.0802, 0.1014, and 0.8469. CONCLUSION: Two of the four metrics, PF and ShEn, agreed singificantly with responses from annotators and with each other. Implementation of these metrics would make systems more intuitive for use during ablation procedures.
