Nursing progress of safe pregnancy for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

2017
The risk of pregnancy for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) was higher than general population. Pregnancy could increase the lupus activity, and the outcome of the pregnancy was unpredictable. Planned pregnancy was the key factor to improve the adverse outcome of women with SLE. This paper reviewed the current status of safe pregnancy in women with SLE and its influencing factors by literature review, so as to provide basis for nurses to conduct the nursing activity.
