Performance of dehydration equipment influenced by electrostatic precipitator operation parameters

Moisture content in coal gas is tested by changing the spraying water quantity,operation voltage and entry condition of gas in the wet ESP when the turbine worked at different operating load.The results show that the dehydration efficiency and resistance coefficient of folded plate dehydration equipment not only depends on the angle,the quantity of folded plate and the distance of each plate,but also depends on the operation state of wet ESP.The optimal operation water pressure and working voltage for electrostatic precipitator have been put forward by testing and analysis.It will have great advantage to the safe operation of gas turbine.
