A fluid handling apparatus comprises fluidic that an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber and a connecting passage connecting the inlet chamber with the outlet chamber fluidly on. In a first state, the inlet chamber completely with at least one liquid or partially with at least one liquid and partially filled with a compressible medium and the outlet is at least partially filled with the compressible medium. One of the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber has such a venting channel that a flow resistance-volume product of the ventilation of this chamber for the compressible medium, at least is large, the other of the inlet chamber and the discharge chamber is vented. An actuator for actuating the fluidic structures from said first state is provided to cause a pressure differential between the compressible medium in the inlet chamber and the compressible medium in the discharge chamber of at least 30 Pa due to differing pressure compensation rates of the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber, to thereby one in the connecting channel implemented valve apparatus to be switched, so that fluid passes from the inlet chamber into the discharge chamber, to thereby temporarily or counteract induced by the operation flow from the inlet chamber to the outlet chamber.
