Primary urethral tuberculosis with urethrocutaneous fistula in association with balanitis xerotica obliterans

Abstract We present an unusual case of isolated urethral tuberculosis. The patient had a history of urethral strictures and persistent discharge from two peno-scrotal fistulas which was confirmed on urethrogram. He was treated with anti-tubercular treatment and a two stage urethroplasty.
