Анализ экспрессии генов SFTPB и TFF3 в предоперационной диагностике папиллярной карциномы щитовидной железы

Papillar cancer of thyroid gland is characterized by the variety of morphological variants and it makes difficult to put a diagnosis. The aim of study is possibility of expression using of marker genes SFTB (elevated expression) and TFF3 (reduction expression) in pre -operation diagnostics of thyroid gland papillar carcinoma. By the method of double PCR study the expression level of theses genes on the material of biopsy of node formation of thyroid gland has been studied. In 22 (75.9%) from 29 cases the result of molecular test is coincided with cytological diagnosis. In 7(24,1%) of non-operative patients with the diagnostic of thyroid node goiter, the samples showed the spectrum of expression of genes specific for SFTB. To the moment of this study finishing 3 patients have been operated and papillary carcinoma of thyroid gland has been diagnosed.
