Pregnancy-induced hypertension during cesarean section application propofol general anesthesia of remifentsnil

Objective To investigate the feasibility and the impact of propofol remifentanil atracurium general anesthesia application to the pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with cesarean section and its influence to mothers and infants.Methods 38 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension cesarean section cases,the application of propofol remifentanil atracurium general anesthesia,the newborn was Apgar scored 1 minute after delivery,umbilical artery (U A) obtained within 2 minutes with 2 ml of blood samples for blood gas analysis.Results All patients had immediate tracheal intubation,skin incision,extubation hemodynamic stability at each time point,and within the normal range of fluctuation,no occurrence of intraoperative awareness found.Neonatal Apgar score was 8-10 minute after delivery,with all results of UA blood gas analysis pH value,PaO2(kpa),PaCO2(kpa),BE and HCO3- within the normal range.Conclusion Remifentanil propofol atracurium general anesthesia has good effect for patients with cesarean section,without adverse effects to the newborn.
