Clinical Observation of Intergrated Chinese-western Therapy in Treatment of Menopausal Transitional Dysfunctional

Objective To observe integrated Chinese-western therapy in treatment of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method 104 cases of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups. Control group took Climen orally after diagnostic curettage,treatment group combined with chinese herbs on the basis of control group. when the drug usage is stopped,Work blood recurrence in half a year was compared. Result The totally effective rate of treatment group was 93. 00% while control group was 66. 06%,there had significantly difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Taking Climen orally after diagnostic curettage combine with chinese herbs have obvious effect,is worth further promotion in clinical.
