Pseudoobstrucción de colon (síndrome de Ogilvie): un importante simulador de obstrucción colónica.

2020
Colonic pseudoobstruction can be diagnosed by computed tomography (CT). Radiological findings consist of extensive colonic dilatation without an obstructive lesion at the intermediate transitional zone or adjacent to the splenic flexure. Conservative treatment with colonoscopic descompression improves the prognosis of patients who have large distention and increased risk of ischemia and perforation.
