The invention discloses a fork arm, comprising a fork arm frame, a first linear driving device, a second linear driving device, a first support frame, a second support frame and a fork arm body, wherein the first support frame is fixed on the fork arm frame; the second support frame comprises an upper support frame and a lower support frame which are fixedly connected with each other; the upper support frame is arranged on the first support frame in a way of sliding forwards and backwards; the fork arm body is arranged on the lower support frame in a way of sliding leftwards and rightwards; the first linear driving device is arranged on the fork arm frame; the driving end of the first linear driving device is connected with the upper support frame; the second linear driving device is arranged on the lower support frame; the driving end of the second linear driving device is connected with the fork arm body; the fork arm body comprises a first sub-fork arm and a second sub-fork arm; the first sub-fork arm and the second sub-fork arm are arranged on the lower support frame in a sliding way; the second linear driving device is connected with the first sub-fork arm; the first sub-fork arm is in transmission connection with a lead screw of the second sub-fork arm. According to the fork arm, the working efficiency can be increased. The invention further discloses a forklift comprising the fork arm.
