ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КАНДИДЕМИИ В ОТДЕЛЕНИЯХ РОСТОВА-НА-ДОНУ И РОСТОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ (РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ МНОГОПРОФИЛЬНОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ)

Purpose . Analysis of the structure of candidemia and determination of the sensitivity of pathogens to antifungal agents in patients at some hospital departments. Materials and methods . 111 isolates of Candida yeasts from the blood of patients at various hospital departments in Rostov-on-Don and Rostov Region were analyzed by the microbiological method. Results . The most frequent candidemia pathoges were non-albicans Candida species. C. parapsilosis and C. albicans showed the acquired resistance to fluconazole. Conclusion . The species structure of candidemia is incoherent. The role of non-albicans Candida species in the etiological structure of invasive candidiasis becomes more important.
