Comment on {open_quotes}Weak phases from B decays to kaons and charged pions{close_quotes}

Dighe, Gronau, and Rosner describe the determination of two weak phases of the CKM matrix using only data from B{r_arrow}{pi}{pi} and B{r_arrow}K{pi} decays. Since sin2{beta} will be measured from B{r_arrow}{psi}K{sub S} before these results, there arises the interesting possibility of finding indications of new physics by combining all the data. {copyright} {ital 1997} {ital The American Physical Society}
