The Feasibility of CFX Used in Simulating the Process of Ash Hopper Discharging

Basic ideas and methods of powder particles motion are introduced,and the simulation software CFX is also described to discuss its feasibility used in simulating the process of ash hopper discharging.Compared with basic concept and mathematics methods of gas-solid two-phase flow model and physical models and algorithm contained in CFX,finding that it is feasible to use CFX to simulate the process of ash hopper discharging.
