2014
The article discusses humanization concepts found in the institutional supporters report trained the in courses developed by the National Humanization Policy (PNH), in the states of Sao Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. When analyzing the humanization conceptions produced by institutional supporters, it was possible to question the researcher place who investigates the actions in SUS.Since the research involved academic researchers and researchers inserted in services and management of the training processes, the evaluation study in one of its analysis categories held discussions on different humanization meanings produced by the courses. As results, it was possible to find humanization dimensions as something immanent to the plane of concrete experiences, refractory to any idealization of man or practices, and also, symptomatic conceptions, reproducers of instituted modes of conceiving humanization and the idea of man.Among the latter, those with prominence and centrality to the supporter figure excelled, reproducing idealized or hierarchical modes of perceiving the subject in the groups. On the analysis horizon of production plan from these symptomatic conceptions, there are associated factors to the duration time of these courses and objectives related to the training.Duration time was insufficient for a proper management of tool-concepts developed in the courses. The objectives were conforming as linked to the idea of Policy implementation, generating the effect of assigning 'charge' with the supporters, inflating them to self-authorize in counter-hegemonic movements. These hypotheses were strange in interviews and focus groups Saude & Transformacao Social Health & Social Change
