A Solution to Marine Surveillance Radar

The application requirements of marine surveillance radar for counter-smuggling are summarized in this paper.The operating frequency,data rate,and a solution to the transmitter,receiver and antenna feed subsystem are discussed.Some decisive factors,such as correlation and intensity of sea clutter,are analyzed.An applicable approach to clutter suppression for this radar is proposed and validated with simulation of S/C.
