Successful trial of local LAK therapy combined with pleuropneumonectomy for pleuritis carcinomatosa: A case report of a patient with adenocarcinoma of the lung.

症例は55才の女性で, 左S10原発の肺腺癌に左癌性胸膜炎を伴っていた.IL-2併用による自家LAK細胞 (合計1.2×1010個) の胸腔内投与により胸水中の悪性細胞は陰性化し胸水もほぼ消失した.さらにcisplatin, mitomycin Cによる化学療法および原発巣に対する左胸膜・肺切除および横隔膜・心膜合併切除を行った.術後の組織学的検索では胸膜の一部に悪性細胞残存が認められ, LAK局所療法に対する全身療法併用の重要性が示唆された.
