Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture Omitted in Femoral Fracture

Objective: To explore the treatment of femoral neck fracture omitted in femoral fracture in young adults.Methods: Six disunion cases of femoral neck fratures omitted have been reduced openly,implanted and internally fixated with 2~3 cannulated screw.After operation,the patients were bedridden and limb wear shoe avoiding rotation,according to review X-ray results of limb,load running time were determined.Result: These six disunion cases of femoral neck fractures attained union from 12~32weeks with average time of 22 weeks.Hip joint function was fine and there was non-necrosis of femoral head during the follow-up.Conclusion: Disunion femoral neck fractures omitted in femoral fractures can attain union by satisfactory reducation openly,implanting vascularized pedicle bone flap and strong internal fixation.
