Obliquely-distributed double-cavity bronchial catheter

2011
The utility model relates to a obliquely-distributed double-cavity bronchial catheter, which comprises a first tracheal catheter and a second tracheal catheter, wherein the second tracheal catheter is positioned on the outer catheter wall of the first tracheal catheter; a bronchial catheter is arranged at the end part at one end of the first tracheal catheter, the bronchial catheter is communicated with the first tracheal catheter, and a second tracheal opening is formed at the end part of the second tracheal catheter corresponding to a position close to the bronchial catheter; and the catheter diameter of the first tracheal catheter is different from that of the second tracheal catheter. In the utility model, the catheter diameters of the first tracheal catheter and the second tracheal catheter are different; a ventilating catheter body is formed in the first tracheal catheter or the second tracheal catheter with the thicker catheter diameter, so that the pulmonary ventilation resistance and the pulmonary ventilation pressure at a ventilating side are reduced; and an auxiliary catheter body is formed in the first tracheal catheter or the second tracheal catheter with the thinner catheter diameter, so that the functions of double-cavity ventilation, lung swelling and sputum aspiration are reserved while double lungs are isolated. The obliquely-distributed double-cavity bronchial catheter has the advantages of simple structure, wide application range, reduction in process requirements, convenience in use, safety and reliability.
