The invention discloses a solar heat-absorbing paint with high weather resistance. The solar heat-absorbing paint with high weather resistance is prepared by uniformly dispersing a light absorber, a film-forming agent, a solvent and an auxiliary agent by use of a ball-milling method and then uniformly mixing with a film-forming auxiliary agent. The solar heat-absorbing paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of the film-forming agent, 10-30 parts of the film-forming auxiliary agent, 35-55 parts of the light absorber, 20-50 parts of the solvent and 10-30 parts of the auxiliary agent. A preparation method of the film-forming agent comprises the following steps: mixing casein with gelatin at a mass ratio of (5-10):(2-3), adding water, soaking at a temperature of 15-22 DEG C, then adding a mixed solution containing hydroxyethyl methylacrylate and polydimethylsiloxane in weight part ratio of (1-2):(1-3), calcinating at a temperature of 200-300 DEG C for 5-10 hours, and then performing air jet pulverization, grading, recalcination and ball milling on the calcinated product, thereby obtaining the modified casein-gelatin. The film-forming agent is modified so as to serve as an important raw material for preparing the paint disclosed by the application, so that the prepared paint has favorable weather resistance and waterproofness under an outdoor condition, the preparation process is simple and easy to understand, and the heat absorption efficiency of the heat-absorbing paint is also ensured.
