Preliminary Experience of ALHP for Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in Aged Patients

Objective To explore a new typical internal fixation system for treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in aged patients.Methods 31 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with ALHP(Anatomical Type Locked Hook-plate Internal Fixation System).Results All cases were got followed-up from 8 months to 2 years and the average of time was one and a half years.According to the Sanders points standard,excellent and good rate reaches 96.8%.Conclusion ALHP(Anatomical Type Locked Hook-plate Internal Fixation System) has many advantages such as reasonable designed,excellent fracture-restored,strong fixation,early exercise,preventing many complications and efficiently reducing clinical nurse works.
