Опыт создания сестринской контрольной комиссии в городском многопрофильном стационаре

In the Saint Great Martyr George municipal hospital the nurse control commission was organized following the example of treatment control commissions to optimize activities of junior medical and paramedical personnel. The activity of commission is aimed to control the mentioned medical personnel. Within the framework of commission activities the senior medical nurses of departments apply quarterly the control of paramedical personnel. The control is implemented in current regimen and includes organization of planned and targeted check-ups. The implementation of nurse control commission into functioning of hospital made it possible to work out standards, behavior algorithms of personnel for various situations. This comprehensive approach helped to prevent different conflicts hence increasing level of medical care support in medical institution.
