The invention discloses a double-layer wind-proof umbrella. The double-layer wind-proof umbrella comprises a middle rod with an upper nest and a lower nest, multiple groups of umbrella rib assemblies for pivoting the upper nest and the lower nest, upper umbrella cloth and lower umbrella cloth, wherein each group of umbrella rib assembly is provided with a control valve; in each group of umbrella rib assembly, the inner end of an internal main rib is pivoted with the upper nest; the outer end of the internal main rib is pivoted with the inner side of an internal connector; the outer end of the internal connector is fixedly connected with the inner end of a middle main rib; the outer end of the middle main rib is pivoted with the middle part of an external connector; the outer end of the external connector is fixedly connected with the inner end of an external main rib; the inner end of a branch rib is pivoted with the lower nest; the outer end of the branch rib is pivoted with the middle part of the internal main rib; the outer end of a connecting rib is pivoted with the inner end of the external connector; in the control valve, a buckling component is fixed on the outer end part of the internal main rib and is pivoted with the inner end of a wind-proof rib end cap; the outer end of the wind-proof rib end cap is fixedly connected with the inner end of an elastic wind-proof rib; the middle part of the wind-proof rib end cap is pivoted with the inner end of the connecting rib; the edge of the outer side of the upper umbrella cloth is tied to the outer end of the wind-proof rib; the edge of the inner side of the lower umbrella cloth is tied to the part near the external connector of the connecting rib; the edge part of the outer side of the upper umbrella cloth covers the inner edge of the lower umbrella cloth; and the middle part of the upper umbrella cloth is tied to the outer end part of the internal main rib.
