Method for preparing sintered ore from high-grade high-vanadium chromium-containing vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate mixture

2017
A method for preparing sintered ore from a high-grade high-vanadium chromium-containing vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate mixture comprises the following steps that firstly, high-grade high-vanadium chromium-containing vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate powder, boron concentrate powder, iron ore concentrate powder, vanadium-extracting chromium-containing waste slag, limestone, lime powder, fuel and return ore are prepared as raw materials; secondly, the fuel is smashed, and water is added into the return ore to wet the return ore; thirdly, mixed water is prepared; fourthly, water is added for mixing, and granulation is conducted; fifthly, a thick material layer is subjected to material distribution, ignition and sintering, and hot sintered ore is prepared; sixthly, the sintered ore is crushed and sieved while the sintered ore is hot, and the part, with the grain size larger than or equal to 5 mm, of the sintered ore is cooled; seventhly, a chlorine-containing inhibitor is sprayed before a blast furnace is used. Conditions are provided for ultrahigh-alkalinity smelting of the ore, and the problems that the grade, strength and yield of the sintered ore are reduced after ordinary vanadium-titanium ore is industrially sintered for alkalinity improvement are avoided; SiO2 in the vanadium-extracting chromium-containing waste slag is fully utilized to improve a calcium ferrite mineral group in the sintered ore, and the quality of the sintered ore is improved.
