The invention provides a desulfurization and denitrification dedusting device for boiler flue gas. The device provided by the invention comprises a reaction tower, an acid-base neutralization tank and a reaction solution tank. A stirring device is arranged inside the reaction tower, and a reaction solution with a certain height of liquid level is stored in the tower. The stirring device is contacted with the reaction solution. The reaction tower comprises a reaction solution inlet and an overflow port. The reaction solution enters the reaction tower through the reaction solution inlet, is discharged out of the reaction tower through the overflow port to enter the acid-base neutralization tank, and then enters the reaction solution tank from the acid-base neutralization tank. In comparison with the prior art, the reaction solution and flue gas are stirred by the stirring device to produce spray moving at high velocity; the flue gas and spray are continuously stirred by the stirring device to move when being contacted each other to blast and explode, and the flue gas and the reaction solution are fully contacted; after discharged through the overflow port, primary neutralization with coal cinder in the acid-base neutralization tank is carried out to minimize dosage of the reaction solution in the reaction solution tank. Coal cinder is used so as to change waste into valuable things. The desulfurization and denitrification dedusting device is simple and safe to operate, and costs are minimized.
