Intestinal megaloblastosis in tropical sprue

Intestinal megalocytosis was found in peroral jejunal biopsies, taken from a patient with active tropical sprue. Megalocytic epithelial changes seem a regular finding in tropical sprue. The importance of intestinal megalocytosis in tropical sprue is to be discussed(AU)
