Effect of such body temperature washing liquidin in patients who undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy

2017
Objectives To explore the effect of such body temperature washing liquid in percutaneous laser lithotripsy. Methods Data of 51 patients with renal calculus from August 2015 to 2016 January were retrospectively reviewed. According to the order of operation, the odd number patient was the experimental group (30 cases), and the even number was the control group (30 cases). Patients in the control group were washed with normal temperature liquid. The experimental group was treated with the temperature washing liquid, then two groups of patiens with preoperative, intraoperative (30, 60, 90 min), postoperative body temperature changes were compared. Results The body temperature of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The body temperature in the control group were significantly reduced by measured the preoperative, intraoperative (30min, 60min, 90min), postoperative body temperature (P<0.05) . Conclusions Percutaneous endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with a significant reduction in body temperature, appropriate thermal insulation care intervention in the percutaneous nephrostolithotpmy is conducive to prevent the occurrence of postoperative hypothermia.
