Method for preparing liposome

A method for preparing a liposome, comprising the steps of: (1) dissolving a substance to be encapsulated and phospholipid in an organic solvent to obtain an organic phase, and then mixing the organic phase with water to obtain a liposome feed liquid; (2) extruding the liposome feed liquid obtained in step (1) by means of a polycarbonate membrane; and (3) lyophilizing same.
