Kimura’s Disease which involves subcutaneous tissue and salivary glands, predominantly in the head and neck region is an allergic, inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology and is characterized by painless mass, lymphadenopathy, peripheral eosinophilia and increased blood Ig E level. Malignant diseases should be eliminated, in patients with these clinical findings. In this article, a case of 46 years-old male patient with Kimura’s Disease on his right parotid area was presented and etiology, clinical presentation and treatment options of Kimura’s Disease, which is rare in our country, were evaluated.
