Horseshoe lung and associated multiple cardiovascular abnormalities in an adult: 64-slice computed tomographic and echocardiographic findings

Horseshoe lung is a rare congenital pulmonary anomaly. A 36-year-old woman suffered from exertional dyspnoea. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed dextrocardia, subaorticmembrane (Fig. 1, Video), depression of left ventricular function and severe pulmonary hypertension findings. Computed tomography (CT) angiography using 64-slice CTscanner clearly demonstrated the associated abnormalities (Fig. 2).
