Analysis on related factors of recurrence of cerebral infarction.

Objective:To explore the relatedfactors causing recurrence of cerebral infarction. Method:InJanuary 2005 ～ December 2008 in our hospital during the 41 cases of recurrence in patients with cerebral infarction as the recurrence group, the same period in our hospital at the beginning of the hair in patients with cerebral infarction in patients with 42 cases selected as the initial issuance of the group, two sets of observations Analysis of patient-related factors, clinical indicators, such as detection, were compared. Results:Two groups of patients through the comparative analysis of the data was found that Patients relapsed at smoking, drinking, hyperlipidemia, heart disease were compared with the initial issuance of the group with significant difference (P0.05); Patients relapsed at high blood pressure, diabetes than the initial issuance of the group has significant difference with statistical significance (P0.01). With clinical indicators, relapse group hypokalemia, abnormal liverfunction with the initial issuance of the group was significant difference (P0.05), ECG abnormalities was significantly higherthan the initial issuance of the group (P0.01). Conclusion: Smoking, drinking, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol are caused by cerebral infarction recurrence of the relevant factors, should be strictly control and prevention.
