The invention discloses a magnetic shaft coupling. The magnetic shaft coupling comprises a shaft coupling body, upper and lower annular grooves are respectively formed at the upper and lower ends of the shaft coupling body, upper and lower magnetic steel seats are respectively mounted in the upper and lower annular grooves, four circular magnetic steel units are laid in the upper and lower magnetic steel seats uniformly, upper and lower circular grooves are respectively formed at the upper and lower ends of the center of the shaft coupling body, jeweled bearings are respectively laid in the upper and lower circular grooves, upper and lower thrust shafts are respectively mounted on the jeweled bearings in the upper and lower circular grooves, the upper and lower thrust shafts are connected with a shaft in an interference fit manner to form an integral body, the integral body is then pivoted to the upper and lower magnetic steel seats respectively to form an integral unit, and glands are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the shaft coupling body via screws respectively. The magnetic shaft coupling realizes novel magnetic transmission, is smooth in movement, low in friction force, low in wearing and wide in the speed regulation range, and is prevented from being stuck.
