Study on impact of structural reconstruction of support beam in flip-flow screen on reliability of screen surface

The different structures and installation methods of the support beam of the flip-flow screen before and after reconstruction were introduced,and the biggest difference of the two structures lay in the different constraint ways of the screen surface.Finite element analysis of the screen surface with different constraints was conducted,and the equivalent stress distributions of the screen surface with two different constraints were obtained.In addition,comparative analysis of the stress distribution was conducted,and reconstructed support beam proved more efficient on improvement of reliability and service life of the screen surface.
