Marfan syndrome (MFS) is a connective tissue disease with aortic dissection (AoD) and aneurysms. Limited data exist about MFS patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (NICM). Study objectives were to describe the prevalence, characteristics and outcomes of MFS patients with NICM.
